Job description
• Contributing to the management of the ELA’s mutual learning and understanding programmes Transport Support and IMI -PROVE; • Contributing to organising events and activities aimed at promoting mutual learning between the European Commission, the national competent authorities and the social partners; • Contributing to maintaining and strengthening relations, liaising and coordinating with the relevant services of the European Commission, the competent national authorities, sectoral social partners and other relevant sector-specific stakeholders; • Contributing to other ELA activities with a focus on the transport sector, including work on the road transport modules of the Internal Market Information system (IMI); • Providing the necessary input to briefings, papers, and documents; • Keep up to date with the relevant legislation and CJEU case law related to the international transport sector; • Contributing to training and other capacity building events by providing specific expertise on matters related to areas of cross-border EU labour mobility and social security in the international transport sector; • Performing any other related task requested by the line management in the interest of the service.
