Job description
Taking minutes during high-level meetings to ensure accurate documentation of discussions and decisions. Assisting in the preparation of internal planning documents and organizing meetings to facilitate smooth project workflows. Coordinating various project activities to ensure timely and effective execution. Preparing briefings and speeches for the Executive Director to support effective communication and representation. Organizing and managing high-level events, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly. Drafting and editing various project-related documents to maintain clarity and professionalism. Utilizing technical skills in MS Office, Teams, and ARES to support daily operations. Performing any additional tasks as requested by line management to support project success.

Education
University education (Master's degree)
Language and language level
English - Proficiency (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
Proven administrative experience, preferably within a project environment. Excellent command of English (C2 level) to facilitate effective communication in international settings. Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and ARES or similar project management tools. Ability to draft clear and professional documents, briefings, and speeches. Attention to detail and accuracy in minute-taking and documentation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
