Job description
• Provide legal, regulatory, and coordination support . • Assist in the review of workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) following organizational reorganization. • Support preparatory activities for the recast of the ELA Regulation. • Coordinate effectively with various Units and Sectors to ensure seamless communication and project execution. • Contribute to the final phase of the IALN – EUAN Network chairing, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. • Develop and implement business-continuity measures related to the potential transition from an SNE to an AD post. • Foster continuous knowledge sharing within the sector and across different units and sectors. • Perform legal research, draft initial documents, and maintain trackers and repositories for legal and regulatory information. • Support internal coordination efforts and contribute to the development of more efficient working methods under supervision.

Personality requirements and skills
• Junior lawyer with 3–5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating solid legal drafting, research, coordination, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in English at C2 level, ensuring effective communication and documentation. • Strong command of MS Office tools for documentation, tracking, and reporting purposes. • Previous experience in administrative roles is advantageous, providing a foundation for legal and regulatory support tasks. •Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal research and documentation. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different units and sectors.
