Job description
If you enjoy communicating with people and fulfilling their requirements and you can communicate fluently in English and Polish, this job will be perfect for you. • This position requires an active and proactive player with basic economic background. • Responsibility for managing accounts receivable (A/R) on customer accounts. • Communicating with customers and answering incoming customer account status inquiries from customers and sales. • Proactively contacting customers on open A/R positions (reminder letters, collection calls). • Communication with customers on the Polish market. • A/R maintenance and reconciliation with key customer accounts. • Collaboration with customer service, credit management, incoming payments and local sales team across all businesses in respective countries. • Making analyzes focused on details, work in Excel. • Ad hoc tasks.
