Salary from €1,350.00 gross amount per month + uplifts for evening and night shifts added on top of the base monthly salary. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience
Job description
We are looking for Business Wi-Fi Specialist. This is a perfect role for someone who is passionate about new technology, someone with strong English skills and Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word and Outlook). Roles and Responsibilities: • Supports customers through activities that may include but not be limited to forward and reverse logistics stocking WiFi Enterprise (AWE) service within the US, EMEA, CALA, and APAC • Ensure quality of service implementation, and adequate inventory levels • Completing inventory analysis to ensure available stock is maintained in the warehouses • Working with internal teams as well as external suppliers to support the process. • Create Purchase Requisitions following Schedule of Authorizations and proper accounting principles per service offer or customer • Use approved suppliers, globally and locally in country, who can provide the equipment at the best cost within the required interval • Ensure all equipment is delivered to End User Customer location or centralized staging centre • Use returned inventory as a cost savings to the Product Management organization who owns the service, prior to the purchase of new equipment. • Interaction with System Engineers, Staging Group, LCM, Management and Vendor teams • Monitoring refunds, sales negotiations with largest IT vendors in the world • Cooperating with local in-country vendors and staging teams • Reuse of returned customer hardware prior to purchasing new hardware • Receipt of the equipment activity when the equipment is delivered • Supporting Senior Managers and cooperating with higher Management to achieve company goals and help to increase company ratings and customer satisfaction • Monitoring, verifying and approving invoices and international expense payments • Get familiar with different types contracts which is the key knowledge in order to know specific terms and conditions agreed between us and clients • Participating in testing upon request (Tools, Processes, etc.)
