We are looking for a CyberArk and/or PAM SME to join our Information Security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting the CyberArk Privileged Access Security Solution. This role requires deep knowledge of CyberArk, Windows and directory services and strong communication and technical skills. Purpose of this feature: Develop, refine and update Privileged Access Management concepts and processes. Develop and refine technical documentation including procedures, process flows and knowledge articles. Coordinate with our SaaS (Software as a Service) vendor to maintain the CyberArk Privileged Access Security solution, including deployment of new components, upgrades and fixes. Integrate new systems/services with the PAM solution Enhance CyberArk’s privileged access security solution, including managing user accounts, policies and digital vaults. Provide technical support for CyberArk users, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with other IT teams such as IAM (Identity & Access Management), Workplace and R-IT (Raiffeisen Informatik) teams to integrate CyberArk with other systems. Perform regular security audits and assessments of the CyberArk Privileged Access Security Solution to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

Personality requirements and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience with a PAM solution (preferably CyberArk), with a strong understanding of the Privileged Access Security Solution. Must have a clear understanding of the concepts of PAM and end to end information on workflow. Hands on experience in creating Safes, platforms, automatic on-boarding of accounts and reconciliation of accounts. Understanding of Windows and different Directory Services is a nice to have. Strong technical skills and experience in troubleshooting complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Business proficiency in English – written and spoken - is a must
