Job description
Join a dynamic team to drive excellence in production planning and control! Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze Operational Plan data. - Develop performance indicators for production and workforce. - Calculate manpower needs and assess daily workforce balance. - Manage new product engineering and launch activities. - Ensure compliance with internal norms and customer requirements. Tasks: - Define efficient work cycles. - Implement optimal technical processes. - Perform time management and cycle analysis. - Support Plant Manager in improving efficiency. - Develop process workflows and workstation layouts. - Determine production shifts and evaluate performance indices.
