Job description
Contribute to developing activities in the road transport and support to digitalisation areas (conceptualising events, drafting notes to the management and the MS, ); Prepare reports from the meetings; Contribute to the preparation of meetings in the above areas ((meeting EU and national stakeholders, preparing agendas, contacting speakers, relating to the contractor for organisational details…). Assist programming and reporting related activities and processes, including contributing and reviewing documents; Support the units in other coordination matters, including the internal organization of workflows;

Experience in EU institutions Experience in similar tasks to the described above; Very good communication skills; Very good digital skills, mainly on Microsoft Office applications; Cooperative, proactive and supportive team player; Ability to work autonomously without close supervision; Strong Motivation to the position
