AP analyst
Job description
The successful candidate will work in AP operations in cooperation with management, and internal stakeholders to solve vendor’s financial disputes in France Marketplace. Working in an international team, you will be performing analysis to determine root-cause of defects and making decisions how to best resolve vendor queries. You will be in communication with our internationally recognized suppliers, helping to resolve their dispute and identifying ways to prevent future defects. You will gain exposure to cross functional and process improvement projects and your responsibilities will include: Review, investigate and resolve vendor AP claims Make recommendation to approve or deny claims Help improve the vendor experience

Education
Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Language and language level
Command of at least one of the selected languages is required
English - Advanced (C1)
French - Upper intermediate (B2)
Other knowledge
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Personality requirements and skills
Fluent English with of one or more of the following languages: French B1 (intermediate level) level. Experience in a customer-facing role. Intermediate Excel Skills, MS Outlook Analytical skills with the ability to get into the detail, while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture A passion for working with diverse teams with different cultures on an international team
