Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to join a new plant within a greenfield project. This opportunity presents an exceptional chance to be part of a nascent organization and actively contribute to shaping a culture of quality within the plant.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the companys quality policy according to the applicable ISO standards.
- Achieving objectives such as minimizing the complaint rate and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Establishing inspection plans, measurement methods, measuring instruments, tolerances, inspection frequency, etc.
- Making decisions on blocking of products, granting of special approval, and specific applications.
- Conducting root cause analysis, measurement system analysis, product and process optimization including statistical methods.
- If necessary and after consultation, giving orders to internal and external institutes, laboratories, universities, etc. for technical support services on a project basis and organizing the entire order process.
