Job description
This individual will be responsible for coordinating and following through on collecting payments, collection plans, reducing past due, bad debt exposure, and other quantitative targets, by performing portfolio management activities for customer base of key accounts. Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking capabilities are vital to being successful in this role. Responsibilities Initiate collection calls to customers Resolve client billing problems Identify issues contributing to account delinquency Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports Provide timely follow up on payment arrangements and customer requests Make recommendations to management regarding customers to be placed on hold or sent to collection Research and resolve customer deductions Maintain and document communication with customers Prepare reports for management Review credit limits for new and existing accounts

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Language and language level
Command of all the selected languages is required

Personality requirements and skills
Qualifications Required 3-5 years of experience in a collection’s role in a commercial environment Proficient with Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate level or above (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service focused Preferred Basic knowledge of accounting principles D365 or similar ERP accounting application experience Knowledge or experience working with Excel specifically (Vlook up and pivot tables)
